Age 55 and Older

N.E.W. Curative Rehabilitation Inc. is an employment and training program which provides federally subsidized part-time employment and placement assistance to low-income individuals age 55 and older.

Displaced Homemaker

If you are divorced, widowed, or have a disabled spouse and need to focus more strongly on your own career, job or education, free workshops are available to assist you with your employment plan. Funding may be available to eligible individuals.

Individuals With Disabilities

Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) assists persons with disabilities who are interested in becoming employed or need help in keeping a job. Individuals must meet agency criteria for eligibility for services.

Low Income Household Member

One-on-one guidance is provided to help you organize a productive job search, complete an effective application, develop a resumé/cover letter, and confidently answer interview questions. Services are also available to assist in financing education such as GED/HSED tests, technical college courses or other approved training.

Veteran

A veteran's representative provides employment services to eligible veterans. One-on-one assistance is provided in a variety of areas including resumé development, interviewing, career exploration, priority access to local employment opportunities, and labor market information. Referrals are made to other federal, state and local veterans benefit programs.

Youth

One-on-one guidance is provided to help you organize a productive job search, complete an effective application, develop a resumé/cover letter, and confidently answer interview questions. Services are also available to assist in financing education such as GED/HSED tests, technical college courses or other approved training. Work experience programs are also available for qualifying youth ages 19-21.
